What are the office hours?

Each practitioner sets their own treatment hours.  We often have evening and weekend appointments available, please contact us for details. Our receptionist is typically in the office Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 2:30pm. 

   What are your rates?     

The rates in our clinic vary depending on the therapist you see. Please see the Our Rates section for a full list.

Do you direct bill?

We do not direct bill.  You will have to submit your sales receipts to your insurance company.

Will my insurance plan cover treatment?        

Many insurance companies cover Acupuncture, Massage and Osteopathic Manual Therapy.  Be sure to check with your insurance provider regarding coverage. You will have to submit sales receipts to your insurance company as we do not direct bill.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments.  You will be billed for a full session for any missed appointments.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

You do not need a referral to book an appointment at our clinic. Some insurance plans require a Doctor's note in order to claim your treatment, please check with your insurance provider prior to your initial treatment.
